These terms govern purchases from Meridian Laboratory Supply LLC (“we”), the seller of every product on this site.

Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. By ordering you confirm the statement shown at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including any that indicates human use, with a full refund.

No resale for human use

You may not resell or transfer products for human or veterinary use.

Liability

Products are supplied as described on their lot report. Our liability is limited to the price paid.
